Chris did an amazing job diagnosing the problems with my furnace…. which smelled like a truck was burning in the street in front of my house! Well, it was’t! He made some adjustments and replaced the filter and it is working better than ever… with no scary odors. Thank you Chris!
Austin showed up on time and diagnosed problems quickly then ran system to ensure everything was correct. Alarm issue ended up being an old (8-years or more) ADP component mounted in return air duct intermittently sending notification. I feel like an idiot, but Austin was polite and professional.
Crocker sent Geronimo to service my 15-year old 1-ton Mitsubishi mini split system. This was the first service on this system in all the time I have had it. He did an excellent and thorough job, and I am extremely pleased.
